Are you drawn to Mandalas<\/strong>, Yoga<\/strong>, or perhaps interested in chakras<\/strong> but uncertain about what they mean? After several years of practicing Yoga, I have asked myself these same questions: What does Yoga <\/strong>mean? What are Asana<\/strong> and Mudra<\/strong>? The answers are extensive, as they involve understanding a philosophy and a culture that may be different if you were born in Mexico or the West.<\/p>\n Yoga<\/strong> includes physical practice, meditation<\/strong>, breathing exercises, among other things, and can be connected to Buddhist or Hindu religion, or not at all. Scientific experiments have shown the benefits of meditation through brain scans, studies of psychological treatments with vibroacoustics, drawing and illuminating mandalas, which have proven beneficial for some patients.<\/p>\n In this book, we present Mudras<\/strong> or hand postures, yoga<\/strong> positions, and chakras<\/strong> wrapped in Mandalas<\/strong>, along with some Mandalas<\/strong> without intervention, created by Fernando Flores<\/strong>. The intention is to invite you to color the presented drawings, whether simply for the pleasure of coloring and giving yourself some space, or because you are interested in understanding the meaning behind what you color. We have provided a translation of the names of postures, mudras, chakras, and concepts in Spanish, English, and Sanskrit, which you can also color.<\/p>\n Enjoy the coloring experience!
